You've got characters who live in a kingdom that seems to be all well and good, until suddenly your kingdom is attacked by an enemy you didn't quite see coming and while many die, the rest are either enslaved, or live to be the main heroes of the story. To sum up what the reboot is like, it's.kind of like Disney's "Gargoyles" but if it were set on another world, and the characters were cats. Like a lot of shows nowadays, ThunderCats seemed like one of the perfect shows to be rebooted and gave it a darker feel while also adding a lot more layers to the characters than just being your average Saturday morning cartoon character.
